Yoga has always been my ‘go to’ during my life and has been the antidote for any physical, mental, or emotional challenge I have experienced.
My yoga journey began as a child and continued into adulthood when I qualified as a yoga instructor in 2000 with the British Wheel of Yoga. Hatha yoga is the foundation of my teaching but over the years I have developed my own style to suit individual needs in a creative and fun way.
Whilst working within Adult Education, I supported adults with mental health conditions and individuals undergoing cancer treatment in NHS hospitals.
I organise retreats both abroad and in the UK, whilst sharing joyful experiences through the practice of yoga.
